For Social Work credits, you may only attend the APPROVED sessions Nov 2 - 3 & Nov. 7- Nov. 27, 2023. See the APPROVED sessions below. No other sessions will count toward credit hours.

You will check in and out of each session. Your attendance is verified each time you do this. Check your minutes and make sure you got 60 minutes recorded for attendance for each concurrent session you attend.

You must complete the Social Work Credit Request Form by November 28, 2023. See the link below. Complete the credit request form after you have verified attendance by checking to make sure you watched all sessions for the full 60 minutes and have completed the evaluations.

You must complete an evaluation for each session you attend and an overall evaluation. Session evaluations can be found at the link below. The overall conference evaluation will be sent to you in an email after November 27. You may complete the evaluation for each session as you watch them. Be sure to press "DONE" before you exit or your answers will be lost. 

All of the above information must be completed by Nov. 28 to earn social work credits.
