Dr. Christine Moseley, Executive Director

Dr. Moseley joined GCEIC as its director on July 1, 2022 after retiring from a 28 year career in K-12 education and federal programs grant administration. She graduated from The University of Southern Mississippi and William Carey University with a B.S. and M.Ed. in Education and Remedial Reading. Additionally, Dr. Moseley earned a Ph.D. in Educational Leadership from The University of Southern Mississippi with research studies that focused primarily on professional development styles and their outcomes with teacher and, in turn, student achievement.

Ms. Stacy Moseley, Business Manager
"This organization is very dear to me. I continually grow as a professional through the knowledge and experience I gain at GCEIC."

Ms. Moseley joined GCEIC as the office assistant on September 10, 2010. Since that time, she has been a vital part of the organization's operation and management. Stacy received her B.A. in Business Administration from the University of Southern Mississippi in 2021 and is currently serving as the Business/Office Manager.

Mrs. Kay Whitworth, Workshop Facilitator
"Teaching has always been an important part of my life. At GCEIC, I am blessed to continue working with school leaders, training teachers, and impacting student growth."

Mrs. Whitworth began facilitating workshops for GCEIC in 2023. In addition to workshop facilitation, Kay helps to design workshops in CANVAS and works as an educational consultant. She is a retired educator and spent a major part of her career as a secondary English teacher, so she adds a wealth of ELA knowledge to the consortium
