Dr. Steven Hampton,
Superintendents' Consortium Director
Dr. Hampton joined GCEIC as the Superintendents' Consortium Director on July 1, 2025. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Louisiana Tech University and a Master of Education and Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Education Administration from The University of Southern Mississippi. His career includes a decade of teaching high school and middle school mathematics, followed by 17 years in various administrative roles, including Assistant Principal, Career and Technical Education Director, Principal, Director of Accountability and Research, Assistant Superintendent, and Superintendent. Dr. Hampton has also contributed to state-level accountability and testing committees, served on the board of directors for several education associations, and is an university adjunct faculty member. ​ Email: shampton.gceic@gmail.com
Ms. Stacy Moseley,
Business Manager
​ ​ Ms. Moseley began her career with GCEIC as the office assistant in September 2010. Since that time, she has been essential in maintaining continuity and efficiency in GCEIC's operation and management.
