​APPROVED FOR UP TO 20 CME CREDITS

• For CME credits, you may attend any sessions (live or recorded) Oct. 23 - 24, 2025 and Nov. 3 - Nov. 30, 2025. Up to 20 CMEs may be earned. 

• Only specific sessions are approved for CME credits.  Click on the link below to determine which are approved.  Although you may watch all sessions, you will only receive credit for those approved.

• You will check-in each session when you click on the "Join Session." Your attendance is verified each time you do this. The number of credits you are awarded is based on the hours you attend. Please make sure all concurrent sessions you view show at least 60 minutes to get the credit.

• You must complete the Virtual CME Credit Request Form by December 5, 2025. See the link below.

• You must complete an evaluation for each session you attend and an overall evaluation. Session evaluations can be found at the link below. The overall conference evaluation will be sent to you in an email after Dec. 5, 2025. Complete an evaluation after you have finished with EACH session.  Be sure to press "SUBMIT" before you exit or your answers will not be recorded.

• All of the above information must be completed by December , 2025 to earn CEU credits.
